I just put up 10 birds from the LACMA exhibition in my shop. All proceeds will be donated to Machine Project, a very awesome local (LA) gallery with a truly unique vision. I will only be selling 10 right now, and they will only be available through Dec. 16. These little birdies make a wonderful gift for all ages and they're made with eco-friendly materials: 100% cotton yarn and 100% bamboo garnetted fiber. Thank you very much! xoxoxox

I've been working away on 101 birds for this show at lacma. The birds will be roosting near Chris Burden's Urban Lights installation. I'll be teaching crochet to anyone who'd like to learn. If you already know how, stop by and make a bird of your own! If you're in the area on Nov. 15, I hope you'll stop by and say hi! |

Our amigurumi class went very well last night. Met some awesome ladies who have officially renamed my bird "yarn chicken." Sounds like a superhero to me.
